TIMOTHY LAI
FOUNDER/ DIRECTOR
Originating from Malaysia, Timothy graduated in Building Surveying at the country’s top university. He then moved to Singapore and spent his formative working years in MNC and top builders like Shimizu Corporation and Woh Hup (Pte) Ltd where he acquired insights and in-depth understanding of the construction and building requirements. Thereafter, his exposure in the leadership team for various property project launches (Midtown Modern, Midtown Bay, Meyer Mansion, Cairnhill 16 and Sloane Residences) gave him the opportunities to work with renowned developers such as Guocoland and TSKY. It also sparked his passion in architecture & interior design.
Driven by the desire to combine his interests in real estate and the rigours of his construction practice with his passion for interior design, he started ACONCEPT.
Timothy’s expertise and insight in the relevant fields have contributed to his astute judgement; not only proficient in understanding the necessary attainment of quality, but also the importance of completing projects within intense timeframes and strict budget guidelines. It enables him to consistently deliver projects of the highest calibre.

A.C, our esteemed Creative Director, is an experienced Interior Designer whose passion happens to be one of the many possessed talents; creating uniquely stylish, elegant and luxurious spaces.
With an innate ability to relate to clients and team, A.C melds passion with expertise, delivering design work that has won many accolades from both clients and colleagues alike.
A.C’s work is consistently accomplished expertly and efficiently while perfectly complementing the team with shrewd aesthetic sensibilities & creativity.

As the key representative for Aconcept Malaysia, Jackie is one of our highly skilled project managers whose work involve some of our most prominent projects. He enjoys applying logical frameworks to balance the creative aspect and is always motivated to create something new and unique with each design that truly represents the vision of the entire team.
Armed with extensive training and experiences in the construction industry, he particularly enjoys working with builders and skilled design professionals as well as tradespeople to construct projects and resolve problems to create a positive and meaningful space for the end users.
